For active clients, notarization is included for Advanced Healthcare Directives, Powers of Attorney, HIPAA authorizations, legacy documents, and Affairs Readiness forms. Our mobile notary service ensures documents are executed accurately, privately, and with respect—so you can focus on what matters most.

8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.              $2.00 per mile + Statutory Service Fee

5:01 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.              $3.00 per mile + Statutory Service Fee

Saturday – Sunday

8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.              $2.50 per mile + Statutory Service Fee

4:01 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.              $3.50 per mile + Statutory Service Fee
